They came to us in search of a system that would compile and organize product information and log statuses. We built a new system that allowed them to track warranty registrations, system installations and service maintenance all while providing notifications and reminders to ensure timely service to all products. This new system has streamlined the warranty process, increased savings and raised the level of interaction between customers and the company after the sale.
