Any time your customers tell your story for you, the impact of that story grows exponentially. Quincy wanted to showcase their ICONs technology. We could have developed a video that talked about how the product came to be, why it’s important, and how it helps customers from inside the factory and corporate office, but that video wouldn’t have had the effect that this video has had. By talking to customers who rely on the system every day, it adds a level of credibility that a company couldn’t get on their own. This video introduced helped the ICONs service to many more customers and gave the sales team another tool to help close the deal.
