The Quincy Art Center came to us looking for help with a brand refresh. Rather than diving in and making a new logo or freshening up the colors, we took a step back and evaluated everything about the organization. A Communications Audit looked at everything from digital products and printed materials to office signage and how staff interacted with guests. Focus groups were held and interviews were conducted with board members, volunteers and staff. Then we began to make suggestions for moving forward, including changing the name to The Art Center and developing a logo and marketing strategy that showcased the amazing offerings that were already happening. The new look was quickly adopted, the marketing plan implemented, and suggestions from the Communications Audit still continue to be incorporated in the operation of the organization. Our partnership with The Art Center continues to grow as we work together to market this wonderful asset in our community.
